Description: Welcome to the Ability Arena God CardSmith™ where we are holding our first ever community God creation contest. The top 3 finalists will share a $1,000 prizepool and potentially have their Gods put into the game in a future update. Winners will also get in-game rewards, including a Golden version of their God.

Payment Terms: Winners will be paid via Paypal and contacted via email. Upon received email, they will have 10 days to respond or another winner may be chosen.

In game rewards: Winners will receive:

• 200,000 gold coins (worth $80)
• 10 War Chests
• 10 Galaxy God Chests
• Gold Card Frame (if God is put in the game)

Prizepool distribution:

• 1st place - $500
• 2nd place - $300
• 3rd place - $200

Rules:

1. Gods should be based on any Valve related IP
2. Up to 2 submissions per user (tracked via Steam account. These accounts must have a minimum of 5 games played of Ability Arena)
3. Deadline to submit: December 31st. Selection Dates TBD. Winners will be announced on the AA discord and SUNSfan's Twitter (@SUNSfanTV)

By submission of work, you (Participant) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participant grants ownership and license Ability Arena and Double Edge Studios LLC for all ideas and concept submitted through this competition free of charge with free right to use, modify, display, publish, and create other derivative works of the Submission.

2. Ability Arena and Double Edge Studios LLC may already have pre-existing ideas and/or concepts in their database that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in Participant's Submission.

3. Other Participants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submission that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in Participant's Submission.

4. Each Participant understands and agrees that they shall not have any claim against any other Participant, Sponsor, or Double Edge Studios LLC in any future work arising out of any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarity.
